I received the paella pans today and I must say they came at a perfect time! Life can be so full of twist and turns, you know what I mean? Anyhow, I am very pleased with the purchase and look forward to my first "authentic" paella dinner. And speaking of, I will email you my recipe (it's a little dif than yours, I like to use pork ribs and a healthy rabbit when it can be found.
