TERRA COTTA DISH
Cazuelas or terra cotta dishes, have been used in Spain for many of years. Terra cotta is basic earth, low fired with an interior glaze. The glaze on the cazuelas contains no lead. It is safe for all cooking applications. It must be presoaked in water if you are to use it on the stove. To be on the safe side and use them only in the oven.
Pefect for cooking garlic shimp, fabada, fideua, cocido or many other traditional Spanish's dishes.
